This upcoming February 20th is National Love Your Pet Day! So, show your animal companions how much you love and appreciate them! Here at Monarch, we appreciate your pets too!
In honor of National Pet Day, Monarch will be collecting donations for the Baltimore Animal Rescue & Care Shelter, BARCS, all month long! Your donations will go to: vaccinations, antibiotics, surgeries, cleaning supplies, care supplies, and food/water supplies! With a small donation, you will help save thousands of animals in need, (animals that are abused, neglected, forgotten, and/or surrendered).
Pet(s) of the Month
Did you know Monarch also has a pet-of-the-month? Our current pet of the month is actually a duo–sisters, Rae and Bella. Rae is a Border Collie who enjoys going on adventures, playing fetch, treats and getting into mischief! Bella is a Ragdoll cat that’s sweet, but loves knocking things off the table, breaking into cabinets, and acting like the queen of their castle. When Bella is looking for a wild time, she loves instigating fun with Rae!
How to Celebrate Love Your Pet Day!
Show your furry friends and animal buddies how much they mean to you this February 20th! Here are some things you could do for your loved one:
Perhaps take a trip to Monarch’s paw-sitively luxurious pet spa and spend a few extra minutes to groom them! (They need some R&R too!). Or, spend a few extra minutes playing with them— they’ll appreciate it!. Also, splurge on some of their favorite treats and goodies, they deserve to be treated too.
