Monarch Waugh Chapel’s modern and luxurious residences aim to increase your quality of life. Since our community is located in a serene, safe, and comfortable environment, we encourage all individuals to become involved with the community. In beautiful Anne Arundel County, we are a township of like-minded individuals, so don’t hesitate to start getting involved!
What is Community Involvement?
Community involvement establishes a sense of trust and belonging to residents. It allows one to establish secure roots and transform a place of residence into a neighborhood. Active engagement requires participation, feedback, and awareness. Increase the positivity within our luxurious apartment complex by giving back to your Anne Arundel community.
How You Can Get Involved this Summer
National Night Out
Monarch Waugh Chapel is sponsoring this annual National Night Out on Tuesday, August 6th. Since the 1970s, National Night Out has increased safety and residential awareness by establishing police-community connections.
This fun night for residents has been made possible by drug prevention, town watch, and neighborhood watch committees. Enjoy a festive and fun night, packed with activities for families.
Monarch Apartments aims to promote festivals, parties, and parades to educate and unite through safety demonstrations, seminars, youth events, and so much more. Join in on the neighborhood camaraderie and check out these activities that are a short distance away from your luxury apartment in Anne Arundel County!
This year, our National Night Out will be hosted at the Crofton Library from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. There are typically over 1,000 people in attendance each year—especially from Gambrills, Crofton, and Fort Meade. Enjoy a free Kona ice and look forward to music, games, and food! Millions of neighborhoods across the U.S. will be celebrating, so all are welcome. Please give back to the community and be a part of this national event, right here in Crofton.
Monarch Waugh Chapel has partnered up with Alex’s Lemonade Stand to help combat childhood cancer, whilst promoting community involvement. Our luxury apartments by Waugh Chapel Towne Centre, in association with Bozzuto, will be encouraging residents to make a donation to this cause.
On Saturday, August 10th, from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m., there will be a Leasing Open House with our own lemonade stand. Come quench your thirst at the lemonade bar and snack on some lemony treats, while meeting your neighbors. We encourage prospects to donate their application fee to charity for cancer research, raising awareness, and supporting families.
Monarch Waugh Chapel is privileged to be a part of the Anne Arundel County Community and we hope you’ll take the opportunity to attend one or both of these great events.
