Here at Monarch at Waugh Chapel, we are getting into the spirit of the season with some fun, fabulous, fall-themed festivities! With October finally here, it’s time to enjoy some spiced pumpkin lattes, sweater weather, and spooky, scary skeletons.

Attention all Monarch at Waugh Chapel’s residents! Throughout the entire month of October, we will be hosting a Halloween Door Decorating contest! The winner will be selected on the best day of the year, October 31st, and will receive a $50 gift card to Home Goods! So, get festive and get some fake bats, plump pumpkins, creepy decor, and eerie Halloween accessories to scare your neighbors! Feel free to check out Pinterest for some festive and chilling inspiration.
On October 9th from 5:00 p.m until 7:00 p.m, we are hosting a Pumpkin Decorating Craft night for all residents! Stop by the Club House and show off your creative skills while painting, carving, and decorating some pumpkins. Check out this site for some ideas and we hope to see you on the 9th!
On October 15th, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., LuxeGiving will be hosting an Oktoberfest Beer Testing for all residents and prospective residents in the Club House. Bring a friend and stop by to sample 4-5 different selections of their favorite fall beers. There will be Oktoberfest and fall-themed food for everyone to snack on and we will be extending out touring hours until 8pm for any prospective residents that wish to see more of our property.
On October 26th from 10:00 am until 5:00 p.m., Monarch at Waugh Chapel will be hosting “See What’s Brewing at Monarch: Halloween Open House” for all prospective residents and residents. Our fun fall event will feature the Calvert Brewing Co. So, stop by with friends looking to move to the Gambrills area and see what the witches have brewed up in their cauldron this season!
Fall is in the Air at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre
On October 26th, from noon until 2:00 p.m., Waugh Chapel Towne Centre will be hosting its annual Family Fall Festival! Do not miss out on some delectable apple cider and fall-themed goodies. Also, come get into the spirit with face painting, balloon art, pumpkin decorating, and magic shows!
