On November 7th, from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., Monarch at Waugh Chapel is hosting a “Taste of Monarch” for all prospective and current residents. During the event, local businesses will there to provide food and beverages and three gift baskets will be raffled off! But, even if you don’t win the raffle, you will still leave with a Monarch-branded gift.
So, stop by to relish in our luxurious community, mingle with (future) neighbors, and enjoy everything Monarch at Waugh Chapel has to offer.
Take a chance to tour the community while sampling food, beverages, and everything Monarch from local restaurants in our local Waugh Chapel Towne Centre. The tours will be self-guided throughout the expansive amenity space, allowing residents and prospects to invoke personal conversations and inquiries. So, don’t hesitate to approach the stationed staff members in each room to discuss how each space may be utilized.
Additionally, attendees will witness some of our luxurious spaces: clubroom, entertaining lounge, outside courtyard, and modeled 1- and 2-bedroom apartments! Stroll through these stations to sample delicious food and delectable desserts.
Monarch at Waugh Chapel is also looking forward to engaging attendees with a photo station, live art demonstrations, convenient cooking demos, a s’mores bar, and local band Freak Flag Fly!
Nando’s Peri Peri, Wegmans, Coalfire, Bonefish Grille, Mission BBQ, Potbelly’s, and the Greene Turtle will all be providing food for our “Taste of Monarch” event.
Additionally, Blush Boutique will be attending with their latest styles.
