June 16, 2020
June 20th is officially the First Day of Summer. It is also Summer Solstice, the longest and sunniest day of the year. The Summer Solstice is an astronomical event, when the Earth’s Northern Pole tilts towards the Sun at a maximum tilt. Make sure to look at your noontime shadow, since it will be the shortest during this day.
